Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 22, 2026
Dark Factory ("we") operates https://darkfactory.me. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and your choices.
1. What we collect
- Contact form: name, email address, website URL (optional), and the challenge you select. You send these voluntarily to request a consultation.
- Analytics: we use Umami Cloud, a third-party analytics provider, to understand how the site is used. It records page views, referring pages, approximate location (country/region derived from IP), device and browser type, and interaction events (for example, when you start filling out a form or click a booking link). This data is processed on Umami Cloud's infrastructure, which may involve transferring it outside your country. Umami is cookieless and does not use advertising cookies; we do not share this data with advertisers.
2. What we do NOT do
We do not use advertising trackers, sell your data, run social-media pixels, use third-party advertising cookies, or process payments on this site.
3. Why we process it (legal bases)
Contact form data: to respond to your inquiry — taking steps you request before entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in following up.
Analytics: our legitimate interest in understanding and improving how the site is used, carried out through Umami Cloud as our analytics processor.
4. Where it goes
Contact form submissions are sent to our backend, which forwards them to our team via a private messaging channel so we can respond to you. They are not stored in a database.
Analytics data is sent to and processed by Umami Cloud (umami.is), a third-party analytics provider — it is not stored on our own servers.
Booking happens on an external scheduling service linked from our site. Any information you enter there is governed by that service's own privacy policy, not this one.
5. Retention
We keep inquiry data as long as needed to handle your request and reasonable follow-up. Analytics data is retained according to Umami Cloud's own retention policies, not ours — see their documentation for specifics.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data, and to object to our processing of it. If you are in the EU or UK, these rights are guaranteed under the GDPR. To exercise them, contact us at hello@darkfactory.me.
7. Contact
Email: hello@darkfactory.me. Telegram: @darkfactory_tech. Operator location: Tbilisi, Georgia.
8. Changes
We'll update this page and the effective date above when our practices change.
