FAQ

How we work

Straight answers about scope, pricing, ownership, and what working with us actually looks like.

We don't quote from a template. First we sign the contract and an NDA, then we audit what you already have and write the technical specification together with you. That document defines the price — not a number guessed before anyone looked at your site.

50% upfront before work starts, 50% after you've accepted everything listed in the technical specification. All of it under contract before the first payment.

We do. The people who scope your project are the people who build it. Nothing gets outsourced, and there's no account manager standing between you and the work.

Whichever channel suits you — we adapt to your workflow instead of imposing ours. The reporting format and the KPIs we're measured against are agreed with you at the start, not decided for you.

We keep working until it matches what we agreed. Revisions within the agreed scope are part of the project, not an extra invoice. The payment structure backs this up: the final 50% is only due once you've accepted the work.

We work across a wide range of niches — from digital startups to large marketplaces — so the industry is rarely the problem. The mismatch is usually about approach. If you want the site on a page builder, if you want guaranteed #1 rankings or bought backlinks, or if you need SEO results next week, we're not your team. We'd rather say that on the first call than take the money and disappoint you. There's also a floor on budget. Projects start at $1,500, and there's no upper limit. Below that number we're not the right team for you, and we'll say so rather than stretch the scope to fit.

Yes, agreed case by case — usually you bring yours and we sign it. Our baseline either way: we don't share your materials, data, or metrics with anyone, during the project or after. If we ever want to publish a case study, we ask your permission first.

Just the first message. We'll come back to you on your preferred channel with a prepared brief, to understand the project, your goals, and what you're actually trying to build.

Weekdays, 10:00–20:00 UTC+2. If the only slot that works for you is on a weekend, I'll take the call.
