About Dark Factory

I run Dark Factory. I lead SEO strategy and audits for every client, and I architected our automated blog system — the product this studio is built around.

I work directly on the projects I take on. When you talk to me about scope, pricing, or what's actually wrong with your site, you're talking to the person who will do the work — not an account manager relaying it to someone else.

Before Dark Factory I worked in sales and operations. I was COO and co-founder of a fintech startup, and I ran sales teams before that.

What I keep running into is the same picture. A business pays for ads, for content, for a designer, and the site underneath all of it is quietly losing them money. The wrong platform, a structure nobody planned, half the SEO basics left empty, nothing touched in two years. I started Dark Factory to fix that layer, because everything you spend above it depends on it. Coming from sales, I judge a site by what it earns, not by how it looks.
